Today we are going to learn the Components of a Business Plan

There are 10 components of a Business Plan:

• GENERAL INTRODUCTION
• BUSINESS VENTURE
• PRODUCTION PLAN
• OPERATIONAL PLAN
• ORGANISATIONAL PLAN
• FINANCIAL PLAN
• HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN
• MARKETING PLAN
• ASSESSMENT PLAN
• APPENDIX

Today we will be looking at only 2 of the above which are 

• GENERAL INTRODUCTION
• BUSINESS VENTURE

In the General introduction the video only speaks of ENTRPRENEUR'S  BIO-DATA and INDUSTRY PROFILE.

If you go through my notes there are two more sub- parts to it which are 

• Constitution and Organisation: Speaks about what form of Business the Entrepreneur wants to do like Sole Proprietorship,Partnership ,etc along with registration details
• Product Details: Talks about 

            i) Product Utility.: The usefulness of the Product

           ii) Product Range : The different price range of the product

          iii) Product Design :Design of the Product

            iv) Precise USP of Product : USP MEANS THE UNIQUE SELLING PROPIOSITION .

It means how is the Entrepreneur's Product is different from his competitor. What is Unique about his Product.

MISSION STATEMENT: Is a statement of purpose of an Enterprise ,its reason for existence, a written declerationof an organisation's core purpose and focusthat normally remains unchanged overtime.

Look at the notes . you have the mission statement of NIKE AND eBAY GIVEN.

For your assignment please write down the sub components of the two components that you have learnt today.
