Today we are to begin our 1st chapter Entrepreneurship: Concepts and Functions

We begin with what is Entrepreneurship?

 Entrepreneurship is the freedom to do what one likes to do,with all its attended profits and risks

Please use this definition for entrepreneurship and ignore the one that has been given in the video.

 Concept of Entrepreneurship-An entrepreneur is a person responsible for setting up a business or an enterprise.

Qualities of an Entrepreneur has been very well explained in the video.

There are around 14 qualities that have been give you can learn any 10 of them

The word entrepreneur is derived from the french word entreprendre which means to undertake. It means people who undertake the risk of a new enterprise (business).

Enterprise : An enterprise is the business organisation that is formed and which provides goods and service , creates jobs, contributes to national income and also contributes to the overall economic development .
